I am a charismatic, determined, team player, leader who is always positive and try to find solutions to benefit others and myself. I strive to complete everything to the best of my ability. I am a traveler, an educationalist, an entrepreneur, a football manager and some with a keen interest in politics.  


Early Years

Fathi Sadiq was born in Sana, Yemen in 9/08/1995. I immigrated to the United Kingdom in 1997 with his family because of the Civil war that broke out with in Somalia. My father worked at as a cleaner and progressed to a hotel porter, whilst his mother was an EMAS work and later worked as a translator. I recalled that sometimes he would go with his father to clean schools.  

My education commenced at Pooles Park Primary School where he studied for 6 years. A primary school in Finsbury Park, Islington.  He recalls that his early schools were not the best as he use to physical and verbal abuse. He developed his early business skills through playing trading cards like; Pokemon, Yugi Yo cards and match attack football cards. ​After completing his primary education he progress to Holloway Secondary School where he studied for one year and two terms

Secondary School

After completing his primary education he progress to Holloway Secondary School where he studied for one year and two terms. He made a few friends and felt like an outsider as he was kind of a loner and started going to the chest club during lunch times. His fellow peers were; bigger, stronger, smarter and trendier than him. His desire to fit him lead him to start selling confectionery products like sweet, drinks, crisp and chocolates. At one point he bought an ice cream tub too school in order to sell ice cream. After his enterprising skills he started forming good relationships that allowed him to make friends and allow him to purchase what he desire that allowed his to fit in. 

Whilst at Holloway School his would constanly get into trouble from time to time as he was disruptive and sometimes did not listen to his teachers and their instructions. His academical ability was low. He has been excluded from school on two previous occasions and then his mother decided to send him to boarding school. The same week he had been excluded had been offered and interview for the school and offered a place to start that weekend as his report and Holloway was good. 


Holloway School is a coeducational community secondary school, located in the Holloway area of the London Borough of Islington, England. I started selling confectionery products like sweet, drinks, crisp and chocolates. Sold ice cream. My enterprising skills allowed me to start forming good relationships that allowed him to to purchase what he desire that allowed his to fit in. He recalled that sometimes he would go with his father to work as cleaner @ Pakeman Primary School.

He started Darul Uloom London in Bromley. The school day would compromise of two segments; the Islamic Sciences (7:30 AM to 12:30 PM) subjects would include Quranic studies, Islamic history, Arabic and Urdu. The other would be national curriculum studies (13:30 PM to 16:00 PM) subjects would include; English, Maths, Science, Arabic and ICT. would start school days at 7:30 AM and finish at 16:00 PM.  Students were given a two hour break and would have to start revising from 18:00 PM to 20:00 PM. Speakers Programme. 

He continued to sell confectionery products. He had an idea to start selling burger and chips from his room and then consulted with a class fellow and they invested have the money each and started the business. At the time students could only purchase fast food in school once a week and would have to pay £3.50 for a burger, chips and a drink. However, he could provide it any day of the week and sell it for only £2.50.  

Darul Uloom London is a private faith based boys boarding school based in Bromley. The school day would compromise of two segments; the Islamic Sciences (7:30 AM to 12:30 PM). The other would be national curriculum studies (13:30 PM to 16:00 PM). Students were given a two hour break and would have to start revising from 18:00 PM to 20:00 PM. Volunteer Muslim Welfare House July 2009 – June 2015 (6 years)  I would help prepare and serve daily iftar (fast-breaking) meals to all people from the community during the month of Ramadan. Working with other volunteers, we erect the iftar tent every day during the month and share the month with the wider community, working with people from all faiths and belief systems. Put out tables and chairs, Cleaning and vacuuming them after.

London Islamic School is a private day faith based school located in Whitechaple in East London. Students study both national curriculum subjects and islamic studies with quran. Lunch Time Supervisor: Laying out food mats so students could eat as well as cleaning the mats. Make sure fellow students were not messing about or causing any trouble. GCSE Maths (B), GCSE English Language & Litrature (C,C) GCSE Double Science (C,D), GCSE Business Studies (C), GCSE ICT (C), GCSE RE (B) Selling Confectionery, Ice Cream Stall Seller 

Youth Work Administrator & Instructor Swansea Secondary School March 2010 – March 2010 (1 month): Assisting with Administration work such as; writing letters, e-mailing, and such others duties. Conducting research as to how lunch time and after school clubs can be improved. Creating, researching and developing training courses for young people to understand. Creating a course curriculum in a First Aid, Health & Fitness and Sports Leadership.  Co-Delivering training courses in the areas of: First Aid, Health & Fitness, Sports Leadership.

Founded Vital Life Skills: The first ever business idea I had and the first ever business plan I had written. Researching, designing & developing courses in the field of sports and customer service. Providing CV writing services for my friends on the estate I grew up on. Window Cleaner: During the summer holiday I started providing my own window cleaning services in my local area. Designing leaflets and distributing them around the local area of Finsbury Park.

College Years


The La Swap Sixth Form is the sixth-form consortium of four North London schools: La Sainte Union, William Ellis, Acland Burghley, and Parliament Hill. I joined the consortium in August 2011 and left in August 2013. I studied Applied A-Level Business, Applied A-Level Travel & Tourism, A-Level Law as well an AS Level in Free Standing Maths Qualification. 


Started a business with my friends Jack O'Hara, Ashely Webb Brown & Cem Selmooglu. We Imported iPhone Case Chargers from china and sold them to fellow classmates. I helped source the product from chain and helped shipped to United Kingdom. I was responsible for web design and business development such as business planning. Revise Live is a content cu-ration website that provides short courses, GCSE & A-Level courses. Responsable for developing programme and curriculum in order for students to learn and develop.

Meet My Applicant is a platform originally designed to help my help fellow classmates find jobs. Meet My Applicant is a platform that connects talented people with employers to provide chances. Meet My Applicant is like Linkedin for the real world but me being the algorithm to connect people. Developing relationships with people and introducing them to relevant people. Organising events so that people can connect and network with each other.

Meet My Applicant works in a three step process. The first step is  job seekers and candidates create a profile. The second step is employers look an at unlimited number of job seekers and candidate profiles. The third and final step is employers contacts the candidates they are interested in. Job seekers and candidates can obtain an unlimited amount of job offers or job interviews.  Once I had developed the website application platform I had printed out posters and leaflets I stuck them on the wall within the sixth form.

I represents the views of the people as well as projecting their voice via online. I also encourage young people to be more active in agendas and topics that affect them. I do this by developing relationships with local people in their communities with local politicians. Developing relationships with people and introducing them to relevant people. Gap Year

AFC London works with young people and equips them with the self-confidence, belief and skills to play a positive role in the community and wider society through planning projects, campaigns, events and sports. Our aim is to build the capacity of young people to represent themselves by developing leadership skills and building confidence. Provide support, advice and guidance for young people who may be excluded from mainstream services. Develop a community network lead by young people for young people. We play in the Middlesex County Football League Combination Division. 

​I would promote the culture, values and mission of Starbucks.  Providing great customer service and recommending relevant products they would want.  Anticipate customer and store needs by constantly evaluating environment.  Assists with training by encouraging coaching as needed and provide online training. Maintain a clean and organized workspace in a high pressure environment.  Prepare food and beverages to standard recipes or customized for customers.

I developed a cafe providing sandwiches,chips and drinks & also prepare the ingredients.  Going to the supermarket and cash and carry by stocking the supply need to operate the cafe. Promoting and marketing the cafe to local people. I did it through word of mouth and Facebook. I was responsible for designing and fitting the cafe furniture such as tables, carpet and painting.

University Student

I am doing a business course in partnership with Online Business School. The Level 4 ATHE Diploma in Business consisted of the following modules; Developing Personal Skills, Effective Communication, The Business Environment, The Marketing Mix, Strategic HRM, Managing Ethically, Culture and the Organisation, Customers and Customer Service, Fundamentals of Accounting and Financial Management and Control. The Level 5 ATHE Dipolma in Business consisted of: The Entrepreneurial Manager, Organisation Structures, Practical Accounting Analysis, Business Planning and Goal Setting, Politics and Business, Business Law, Managing in Today’s World, Performance Management, Marketing and Sales Planning and Quantitative Skills.

In my final year of university I will study the following modules: Innovation, Creativity and Enterprise, Business Processes, Business Growth Issues and A workplace-based learning project module. I will be required to attend University once a month.
